Trick or Treat Hosted by Manitou Springs Merchants. Each year on or around Halloween the Manitou Springs Chamber of Commerce designates one afternoon from 3 PM to 5 PM for merchant sponsored trick or treating. Each year from 400 to 500 children in costumes go door to door in the retail area for candy.
