Cowboy Boot Tie Bar

This tie bar has a cowboy boot made of something like bakelite but I am not sure if it is bakelite or not. It is vintage. Some very thin cracks exist but the boot still seems to be solid and I think the cracks have been there a long time. Buyer pays $4.00 S+H in the USA.
